I am a Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR and am GRI certified.  In addition, I am a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified New Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified Negotiation Specialist, a Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist and have a BBA. I have completed Asset Preservation Inc.’s 1031 “Power of Exchange” seminar and have successfully closed several 1031 exchanges in the last several years.
